MEET SIMONE JUNOD

Founder · Educator · Author · Speaker · Guide in Human Capability Education.

Simone Junod’s path was shaped by both leadership and loss. After more than 25 years in senior business roles, including as CFO and CHRO, the loss of loved ones opened a profound threshold in her life. It led her beyond conventional frameworks and into more than a decade of learning with Wisdom Keepers from different parts of the world. She has since been acknowledged as a Wisdom Keeper and Carrier of Universal Wisdom by representatives of four Indigenous traditions. Today, Simone brings these worlds together. She blends business knowledge, leadership experience, human development and Universal Wisdom to support people in strengthening their inner authority, expanding their human capacities and returning to a deeper sense of wholeness.

Education has traditionally emphasised knowledge. Athena expands education to include the deliberate cultivation of presence, discernment, creativity, inner coherence, compassion, purpose, and living wisdom. Every experience combines clear educational framing with experiential processes that move beyond intellectual understanding. At the heart of the approach are living wisdom processes, respectfully integrated with contemporary understanding of human development. Transformation becomes sustainable because learning reaches the whole person.
